Bad experience with the sale of my house in Rixensart. No professionalism. They bring you tourists instead of buyers and waste your time. Fortunately I was able to make it happen with the help of another brand.

TO FLEE ! Very bad experience. The real estate agent came to do a property evaluation promised within 4 working days. The offer never reached us, the agent defends himself by claiming that we should have contacted her again... do her job in her place perhaps too? ... I strongly advise against working with this agency. No tracking, no return, no clear explanation for the delay. We had several properties to put up for sale, all confidence was lost in 5 days, I can't imagine if we had gone further in the process by signing an exclusivity contract. FLEE FLEE FLEE.
