I signed with SH in Nov 21 and hope to be finalized within a month (March 24). Very briefly summarized: I am satisfied with almost all subcontractors, but I find the company's communication and approach disappointing. It started with the sales explanation that you could take things from the contractor yourself, which is what I did with the kitchen, 4 months before the first groundworks had been done. Yet I received an invoice for 5,000 euros because I removed the kitchen from the contract. Trust was immediately damaged, the tone was set and this has been the tug-of-war for approximately 2 years. People respond quickly, but mistakes have never once received an apology or pardon. I don't know if it's better in anyone else's, but I found it a slightly traumatizing experience.

Beware of these fraudsters!
On their website they claim to be a high-quality partner who guarantees carefree construction, but unfortunately they only seem to realize nightmares.
The quality is deplorable and to avoid their responsibility they regularly change their company number in order to leave the victims out in the cold.
It is outrageous that it is possible to declare bankruptcy but still continue with the same employees and the same company name but under a different company number and thus defraud even more customers.
Noble as they are, they still want to assist the customer administratively, but they reject any form of responsibility for defects.
So take a quick look at other companies that are reliable.
