      • + I am very satisfied with Bart's personal approach. While other real estate agents did not wish to respond to my specific proposals/requirements as a landlord, this was never a problem for Bart. Furthermore, I have never had to wait longer than 12 hours for an email response, even on weekends! For future real estate questions, I know where to ring the doorbell.

The term “unburdening” is certainly appropriate here. The sales process went professionally and smoothly with correct information and advice. It is also nice that their approach is respectful to both seller and buyer. I can highly recommend Homerun if you are looking for an excellent real estate agent!

      • + I highly recommend this real estate agency, is the first one in Belgium, after some bad experiences, who really help their customers. In my case, I bought a house and Bart was really receptive and transparent since the beginning, being disponible even on Saturday for visits and everything else (documents, procedures etc.).
