      • - As a tenant you are seen. They are never reachable, refuse to answer the phone, do not respond to emails and blame the owner when push comes to shove. If you have an emergency, you should not even have a technician come without first showing the owner a quote. They don't care if the houses they rent are in poor condition, as long as they get their money. They will only take action when you push it to the point where you are almost taking legal action.
