I was not told anything about a pre-emption right in the compromise. It's a shame because I not only lost time but also a lot of money because of this. All this bothers me even more because after the right of pre-emption was exercised, which they don't tell us about because it is supposedly never exercised, I never received an apology. If I had been properly informed, I would have made very different choices. Now not only was I unable to buy that house, I also lost a lot of money on quotes. So none of this was necessary.

After my review, I received a phone call and a few days later a completely different response to my review here. Again: it's not about the fact that I wasn't able to buy that house in the end. My concern is that I have not been properly informed by you about the existing right of pre-emption, something that as a professional you should really inform a layman about. You blindly assumed it wasn't going to be used and that's why I wasn't told anything. And because of your lack of information, I made choices that cost me a lot of money.
Apparently the review has been removed, but I still think it is important that people know that they should pay close attention. It is simply not a pack of sugar that you buy

Bought me money when I bought my house..
Roof would be insulated...not so. Immopunt Self EPC inspection done. Filled in incorrectly...received a fine from the umbrella organization. And don't give in yet.
Not an honest businesswoman.

An amazing experience!
Some time ago we came into contact with Evelien Thijs, real estate agent from Immopunt, as a supervisor/real estate agent during the purchase process of our new home in Hamont-Achel.
