She is extremely professional, reliable and responsive, and most of all - kind. I've spent over 3 months looking for an apartment in the crazy Brussels market, and Mathilde was the first and only agent to show such professionalism - to respond patiently to all questions that everyone at the appointments asked, to take the time to respond to each email, including to the people that didn't get the apartment that they applied to!
