    Une autre ambiance, une autre éthique. Simplement parce que chez Honesty, l'intégrité et la transparence ne sont pas que des principes. Ce sont les moteurs mêmes de l'entreprise.

    Et c'est aussi pour faire au mieux ce métier qu'Honesty ne fait que celui-là. Pas de service bancaire, pas d'assurance, rien que des opérations immobilières mais menées comme peu d'agences les mènent.

      • - Honesty disastrous personal experience, the worst professional experience I have ever had in my life. Elongating anxiety-provoking situation: They are asking me for €7,227.38 in charges (water, electricity, fuel oil) for a 2-year lease - charges calculated for 21 months in 40m² alone, i.e. €344.16/month in charges and they adopt the policy of ostrich since the end of my rental. My owner, herself working at Honesty, claims that I consumed ALONE (while I work at Lux 7 - 6 p.m.): - 157.96 m3 of water or 251 liters / day - 5524 Kwh of electricity or 8.8 KwH / day - €3,648.55 for fuel oil or €5.8/day for 1 radiator!! _______________ - The monthly charges of €150 that I paid were provisions of which €15 were counted for nothing and that the owner did not have to justify. - The entry inventory was not carried out with me and I therefore always refused to sign it because it was misleading. - The energy room of the building has always been locked - Several requests for statements were requested over the year during my rental, I never received them. (10 requests?) No meter checked at entry - No access to these meters during the rental - No statement of charges: = Excessive charges at exit without supporting documents (at this stage) My landlady refuses to give me explanations without going through lawyers. Impossible to have simple supporting invoices, it requires difficult/long and complicated procedures for something simple in order to make me abandon these procedures. She owns the building I lived in, this building was also occupied by the owner's company. This son arranged the cellars and the parking lot at the back of the building around the same time as my arrival. Which puts me in doubt and incomprehension regarding the distribution of costs between tenants and construction companies! Impossible to get supporting documents even from the company down the street from me who just answers my questions with laughing emojis. The owner is also manager of the trustee of these own apartments and also herself employed in the Honesty company which manages her rental. A mess coupled with a contempt for humans; 18 months to make simple repairs (no lamps). I stayed 2 years without an oven and without a freezer despite the problems already being present with the former tenant and despite an incalculable number of requests and complaints to their service. 1 2-page lawyer's letters + 1 reminder 30 days later due to lack of response from their services were sent to obtain the invoices necessary to understand the various charges, I have TO THIS DATE not had a valid response . No invoice was sent to me to prove the figures that I owe. If it's just tables that they draw up themselves in an email to make an "official" invoice but which are legally worthless. The person in charge of rental management at Honesty continued to respond 3 brief lines to a 2-page letter. Ignoring and flouting certain requests. It is clear that I will use all my available resources to justify everything that Honesty refuses to do! 7 years rental, 2 years at Honesty; Never again Honesty! Private owners are more competent. Since I have become the owner myself, I have taken over my own contracts: I do not have to live in the same country given the price of my consumption. In addition to excessive consumption: Honesty who bills me for electricity at €0.58/Kwh Water costs 5.7€ while after informing the municipality it is 5.2€. In anticipation, I had done well not to pay the last rent in order to recover part of my rental guarantee because you can imagine that there is no news from her despite the inventory of fixtures The end went well.
