Lots of promises but not kept, tempting estimate but in the end twenty percent cheaper. No support, no follow-up from them, no more sign of life since the signing of the promise of sale, neither at the notary nor on the telephone and a hefty bill of 15,000 euros, for three visits and no photographic file despite being promised. Very disappointed and a feeling of having been ripped off.

I have never been disappointed like this by a real estate agency! What a lack of professionalism. Call for a visit to a property, even before any information and proposal for a visit, an influx of questions: why a move, with whom, how, how much we earn, if we have animals... I had the impression to have an interview! It seems normal to me to have the possibility of FIRST visiting the property to find out if it suits the client before bombarding them with questions. I then hear the employee on the phone say the couple earns this much, so we can show them around. Simply scandalous. I was then offered to contact me again for a visit, never received a response. I also remind you that asking if we have animals (in this case a small dog for a house with a large garden and 5 bedrooms, not a small apartment, really doesn't seem exaggerated to me!) is simply forbidden. Century 21, once not twice!

Mr. Wathelet and his team provided all necessary explanations regarding the appraisal and sale of the parental home in a very correct, clear and friendly manner! We can only positively emphasize that Century 21 in Jodoigne is highly recommended and worth the trust of future sellers and buyers!

We had a very bad experience with this agency. At first, everything goes well, the interesting estimate they provide us for the sale of the house convinces us to contact them. Then we became disillusioned. On the one hand, they provided us with erroneous and even misleading advice which went completely against our interests, to cover up negligence on their part. Fortunately we realized this in time with the help of our notary. And on the other hand they made an error in the sales agreement (the contract with them provides that they draw it up) which then cost us 400 euros to the buyers. When we contacted the agency officials to recover this amount, they did not even acknowledge receipt of the request and still have not reacted, more than 2 months later. So avoid it.

Dear Jean and David, thank you for your efforts and professional treatment in obtaining our dream home, nothing was too much for you
It's a positive vibe. And that we can certainly work together with great pleasure in the future. Well, it's a good idea to take care of yourselves even if you don't have an entourage or even a great thank you to Mieke Bloem and Yves
