I bought an apartment in 2019 through this agency, which mentioned 93 m² of living space for the property in question.
The plans only indicated 76 m² of living space, I asked for confirmation from the developer who confirmed to me that the measurements had been taken and that the living area was indeed 93 m² and not 76 m².
The moment comes when I wish to resell the property, take the measurements myself using an appropriate tool, and note that the apartment is indeed 76 m² of living space.
Same observation for my neighbor's apartment which has 110m² of living space, displayed at 132m² on your page.
I regret this distortion of reality on the part of the agency and recommend that others take into account the surface area indicated on the plans, rather than that displayed on the Agara Properties website.
