    AC vastgoed is gevestigd te Sint-Niklaas, de hoofdstad van het Waasland. Wij specialiseren ons voornamelijk in verkoop en promotie van allerhande vastgoed, gaande van traditionele huizen en appartementen tot luxueuze villa's en nieuwbouw projecten. AC vastgoed is meer dan een immokantoor, gezien onze bouwkundige achtergrond hebben we alles in huis om u nauwgezet te informeren over de mogelijkheden bij renovatie of verbouwingen van een bestaande woning. Ontwikkeling en promotie van nieuwbouw projecten zijn ons niet vreemd.

    Het werkgebied van ons immo kantoor strekt zich op heden uit over het grootste deel van het Waasland, u kan ons vastgoedaanbod terugvinden in Sint-Niklaas, Belsele, Sinaai, Waasmunster, Hamme, Temse, Tielrode, Elversele, Steendorp, Bazel, Kruibeke, Rupelmonde, Zwijndrecht, Beveren, Verrebroek, Kieldrecht, Sint-Gillis-Waas, Sint-Pauwels, De Klinge, Stekene en Kemzeke.

      • + From the first contact, we have had a very positive feeling about our collaboration with AC Vastgoed. I expected a typical real estate agent with way too much gel in her hair, shirt open to the third button and a fake smile that would work very well in any toothpaste commercial. Nothing could be further from the truth… The teeth were of course - thank goodness - Colgate-worthy. For the rest, I found a professional with a great deal of knowledge who immediately put me at ease. Not because of plastered hair and empty promises. No. Clear agreements from the start, with the interests of both seller and buyer always at the forefront during the discussions. We were also able to enjoy complete administration support (EPC certificate, asbestos certificate test, electrical inspection, etc. was all arranged by AC real estate). I cannot emphasize it enough: I dare to recommend AC Vastgoed everywhere and to everyone. And I am very sure that I will never, ever be ashamed because I hear that someone is not satisfied with the collaboration.
