The owners of our previous rental apartment always arranged the transfer of residents via Sinjoor. To be honest, both the service in arranging entry and exit were very unpleasant.
In 2017 we found a rental apartment through the Sinjoor office on the Bredabaan. We were then put under enormous pressure to sign the contract as quickly as possible and without any questions asked. The broker even threatened to choose other candidate tenants. Fortunately, we kept a cool head because we found an irregularity in the contract, which was supposedly a standard rental contract. In a complex sentence, two words were switched in order, so that we would ultimately be liable for wear and tear in the apartment. This was not at all in accordance with rental legislation at that time. When we informed the broker about this, he acted as if his nose was bleeding. However, it seemed clear that this was not just ''accidental''.
When we left, the owner and Sinjoor demanded that we immediately allow home visits, even though they still had more than 3 months to find new tenants. Our baby was barely 1 month old at the time and it felt like our fragility at that time was not taken into account.
When planning the site description, they wanted to decide everything above our heads, without our involvement. We demanded more respect and fortunately in the end we were listened to. Another time was agreed, which ironically the real estate agent did not communicate properly to his customer (the owners), meaning that the landlord himself could not be present at the location description.
Maybe not a bad office if you have them as a customer, but be careful if you rent something through them, I would say.

Sinjoor's real estate agent achieved everything that was agreed upon during the first meeting in a short time
Thank you Niko for selling our apartment.
You have successfully completed this sale in a professional manner with respect for our wishes.

Once and never again with this real estate office. We bought a building plot, one promise after another and he kept trying to cover himself with excuses. Other people who purchased building land in the street were also not happy with the operation of real estate agent C. All land had also been sold, so to speak, except for 1 land, which turned out to be the case with all buyers each time in order to put pressure on the candidate buyers. Meanwhile, half of the land is still for sale.
