      • - I just had a telephone conversation with a gentleman from Sinjoor Merksem, I kindly asked if I could make an offer of a certain amount for an appt. His response was “that's totally ridiculous” in a cheeky tone. No one is forcing you to accept the offer, you can still politely say that the offer was low. Very rude! Never experienced anything like this before.
