Spaces In this spacious, graciously decorated apartment, you will find everything you need for a truly amazing time in Lisbon. Enjoy plenty of natural light coming through the large windows during the day and a restful night’s sleep in comfortable bedrooms with blackout curtains. The apartment is perfect for a family holiday or a trip with friends, as it has enough space for up to 6 people. All essentials, linens, and towels are provided. LIVING, DINING & KITCHEN: The living room offers a comfortable sofa, a smart flat-screen TV, and a dining area that can seat up to 6 guests. The modern white kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a coffee maker (Moka pot), cafetière, fridge with a freezer, induction stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and dishwasher. Here you will also find a breakfast table and 4 high chairs for a quick meal. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS: Each of the three elegant bedrooms is furnished with a double bed. The apartment also has a travel crib for children. There is a glass shower cabin in both bathrooms. Laundry and Extra Appliances The property is also equipped with a washing machine with drying options, a vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board for your convenience. Access Guests will have access to the entire apartment. The property is on the ground floor. There is 1 flight of stairs to the property. The scenic Eduardo VII Park is within walking distance from the apartment, and the dome-shaped market Mercado de Arroios, where you will find a range of fresh bakery, fruits, vegetables and seafood, is just around the corner. A 10-minute walk will take you to Miradouro da Penha de França, one of the least known Lisbon viewing points, where you can enjoy the incredible city landscapes and picturesque sunsets. You can easily reach the city centre, with all the major attractions, including Praça do Comércio and Santa Justa Lift, in only a few minutes by tram or bus. For stays longer than 10 days, the daily fee can be lower—please ask for more details. There is also paid parking on the street nearby, and it costs €1.50 per hour. There are multiple bus and tram stops nearby, including the R. Maria Andrade stop, a 14-minute walk away, where you can catch the legendary Tram 28. The Arroios metro station is a 4-minute walk away. House Rules (hidden) wants you to have a fantastic stay, and we encourage you to see the space as a home away from home—treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay: – Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets. – Dispose of rubbish appropriately. – Keep the property clean and tidy. – Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check-out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected. – Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. So please keep the noise down and respect the neighbours in the building. – Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving. – Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs. – To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification. - In light of the current situation, we kindly ask our guests to consume electricity and gas mindfully. Please note we will add an additional charge for excessive energy usage.
