It is perfect for a family, group of friends, or couple, as it can accommodate up to four guests comfortably. This pet-friendly apartment comes with all the amenities for a pleasant stay, such as Wi-Fi, USB charging points, double-glazed windows, insulated floors, ceilings for high energy efficiency, and built-in storage space. The space Welcome to my home! The open-plan kitchen/living room features a smart TV and a comfy sofa, where you can relax and watch your favorite shows after a long day exploring the city. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. It also includes a washer, a dryer, and a dishwasher. The area features a large window that lets in a lot of natural sun lighting that brightens up the space. There is an efficiently designed office space in case you need to comfortably work from home. There are two amazing bedrooms. One is equipped with a double and the second bedroom with a queen-size bed. Both are lined in hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest. The neat and modern bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety. Enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests will have the entire place for themselves during their stay. Other things to note Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge has a cost of 10€, pending availability. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 100€ included. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay) Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when the sofa bed is not included) Free Wifi Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform.
