Bought 2 devices here through a distributor.
1 of the 2 suffered from severe serifs after the 1st use. We raised this problem, but they blamed it on the wrong pans, which were identical to the set we use on another device. obliged to purchase a 2nd device (missing briefly) instead of respecting the warranty.
