    Potrell verkoopt instapklare nieuwbouwwoningen die volledig naar eigen smaak van de koper kunnen afgewerkt en ingericht worden. Het is ons niet enkel om de bakstenen te doen; bij Potrell staan de klanten en de bewoners centraal.

    POTRELL koopt gronden, leegstaande gebouwen, afbraakpanden en verlaten sites in. Wij bekijken de ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden van uw perceel en je kunt rekenen op vakkundig advies.

    - INVESTEREN ZONDER ZORGEN?
    Een instapklare woning van Potrell is de ideale en betaalbare belegging: populair op de huurmarkt en stijgend in waarde.

      • - Not satisfied with the collaboration with Potrell. Very poor communication. One site manager after another was assigned to our project. We are in the house in May (much later than we were promised) and are still waiting for things to be resolved. A leak detection had to be carried out in October and it was found that we have been living with a bad smell for months. Yet Potrell does not believe it is necessary to address these issues so that we can live comfortably in our home. We are sent from pillar to post, messages are not answered and problems are not resolved.

      • + We have been living in our beautiful app built by Potrell for 9 months now. Happy with the nice collaboration and good finish. Employees have a listening ear and any problems are resolved as best as possible. Thank you Lieselotte, Sybille and Stijn for the pleasant cooperation.

      • + Top company! They have already done so much for me and helped me and looked for solutions when it was not at all certain whether everything could continue. Really very grateful for that! Very flexible for requested changes. The accessibility and communication is very professional. All follow-up is via a ziggu tool where everything is easy to follow. Very transparent invoicing and settlement of the works. The work is going smoothly and is certainly in order. This is my 5th construction project and the first one without any problems. (I have a passion for shoes and for houses...) Very good project leader Pieter! Very good communication with Sybille and not to mention top commercial director Lieselotte who made it all possible for me. Thank you Potrell for the great cooperation! Marijke
