      • - House built in 2007... It's 2024, nothing has been original for a long time. This house will have been a money pit. Bad communication, poor coordination, cheap materials, in short, the list goes on...

      • - Unfortunately, I cannot give a positive review about Kijk en Bouw NV. We had our old home replaced by a new home from this company, but there are many problems that they cannot find a solution for. The roof is leaking, but they have no idea where the problem comes from. The handles are of different colors and the damaged door is not replaced. The masonry is also incorrectly executed, the stones are gray instead of red. Communication is poor and they make false promises. The only thing that goes fast are the invoices. So be careful when dealing with this company. They promise a lot, but it is important to put all agreements on paper and keep track of them. The quality is poor, the finish is inaccurate and the price is wrong. We had to pay a high deposit and the company left a chaotic and unprofessional impression. They also left a lot of mess behind and the planning was poor. It has become an expensive joke. Our address is Wallebeekstraat in Astene.

      • - During the construction it went more or less well although we had problems and delays with the start-up of our underfloor heating therefore delay in tiling by our tiler. Coordination is very poor if you call on other professionals for the other interior finishes. No clear communication on the schedule, no detailed vision. In the house since July 2022, our joints are still not there, infiltration through the frame has been reported and infiltration into the house through the roof as well. We are still waiting for solutions!!! We are still waiting for our final PEB… Not very responsive, not good after-sales service!!

      • + My home from "KIJK en BOUW" was installed in 1990. You can choose all materials in the showroom so that you know in advance what the quality is. All our wishes have been realized down to the last detail. The signing price is the final price. Now after 33 years, still no defects have surfaced. Kitchen and bathroom were recently renovated last year. FOR ME GOOD PRICE / QUALITY I AM SATISFIED (maybe a lot can change in 30 years)

      • - Look and Build, I certainly don't recommend it, a price is made for a plan that we had drawn, the price seemed interesting, but for further elaboration we were obliged to first pay €5000, for further elaboration we went to take a look to the materials, all materials were of the cheapest, so that when materials were changed there was always a higher price, so for everything!!!, so we ended up with a much more expensive house, which made us drop out, no longer the price of at the beginning!!! When we dropped out, we asked for part of that €5000 back, only a preliminary design had been made, no Architect yet!!, but they did not want to respond to that, we feel cheated and robbed and there is nothing we can do about it!!
