Elad-Brody, international project developer, has been since 1995 active on the Belgian market. Our main activity is the purchase of office- and apartment buildings to renovate them into luxurious, residential apartments. Moreover, Elad-Brody also realises new construction projects and the group has commercial projects and parking places in its port folio. Elad-Brody has offices on the Kipdorpvest in Antwerp and the Louizalaan in Brussels.
Elad-Brody aims with their offer at young people who take their first steps on the real estate market and who search a house with an own style which fits their budget.
Elad-Brody conquered Antwerp with its construction projects and is also active since some time in other cities such as Brussels, Kortrijk, Mechelen and Deinze.
