      • + I revised my entire comment because the previous one was made several times. The construction is finished, here are my points: quality of the initial offer impeccable, the prices are a little above average, but the quality of the construction (materials used and know-how of the tradesmen) is clearly at above the mass of builders. The downside is the delay in the project (one more year!) of course due to covid and the war in Ukraine and, for the past year - this is also popular - the shortage of labor. Difficult to disentangle fact from fiction. An oversight on the part of the site manager, the architect and the electrician combined: the simply forgotten installation of air conditioning in the rooms, which had to be carried out urgently at the end, but a job well done despite everything, with a minimum of breaking down of the already completed ceilings. A word of advice: the prices of the initial offer and therefore the specifications are respected but it is in your interest to order the supplements (eg in my case: 80x80 tiles instead of 60x60 of the standard offer, larger terrace, etc. ) BEFORE signing the specifications, therefore very early. In my case, everything that was ordered afterwards cost me a bridge, with prices bordering on the ridiculous for very simple items: more significant stonework, addition of arable land to the land for example. We feel that the initial prices (and this is normal) are calculated as accurately as possible for the sake of competitiveness, but late additional requests are an opportunity to catch up. Site Manager: friendly and competent, but has too much work (construction sites) and is sometimes difficult to reach. The big delays, sometimes with unpleasant consequences, come from their exterior joinery department: delay of several months for the delivery of the frames, and therefore general timing of the project delayed, inconveniences (birds!) due to part of the roof frames not placed at reception because poorly calibrated and recommends, poorly calibrated entrance door panel and recommends, several months of delays (and I am still waiting for it, 2 and a half months after provisional reception),... this department in my opinion leaves to desired and the manager almost never responds to emails. On the other hand, the after-sales service (Mr JM. V.) is impeccable and really tries to resolve the challenges as best as possible. But all in all, the finalized and completed project is a success and ultimately corresponds to what I wanted. By paying attention to the points above, you will not have any problems with this company.

      • - We built it 4 years ago. The construction itself went well and the deadline was met. Some subcontractors are not very professional (earthworks, land leveling, problems with flat roofs). Almost zero after-sales service. They now have an after-sales service manager who does everything not to intervene. We have been in the house for 4 years and certain problems have not been resolved, some of which are quite annoying (water seeping into the cellar and into the living room through the flat roof)

      • - After long months of looking for a construction company and numerous visits to show houses we decided to choose Delta constructions, we were super excited, price reduction that suited us, I had asked a lot of opinions around me , contact the people who lived in the testimonial houses, Instagram account for house construction with delta (…) everyone was +- satisfied overall, only positive things. So after numerous pre-project meetings which all met our expectations (I changed many times) we came across the final pre-project. We waited almost 4 months to receive the company contract, we signed a “quote” in December 2021, received the PU in March 2022, and asked if we would be impacted by price increases (covid, energy crisis, lack of materials…) we are told no. I am given a date to receive the company contract on April x, 2022. A few days before receiving it we receive an email explaining that we would be impacted by the price increases -> +30,000€. We therefore decided to delete a large number of posts to end up almost with a GOF more expensive than the price before... big misunderstandings at the price level even before the impact of the increases, we delete things that's more expensive than before, in short they are very greedy on prices. Our project was planned for February 2023, we stopped and changed contractors, Delta contacted us to negotiate the prices a few months later (November 2022), whereas when we asked nothing was possible... while guaranteeing us the same construction start date (February 2023)... In addition, not too fast for changes in price, when we requested a simple modification we always had to wait 3 weeks before having it...

      • + Delta Constructions is a serious company, which ensures very good monitoring both during construction and after construction. The teams work cleanly and professionally. The materials and finishes are quality. And despite the special circumstances, the deadlines were respected. In short, I think you can't really go wrong working with them. All the best! Olivier

      • - Submission of a price reduction request at the beginning of March. The return of the sales representative on May 11, "Sir, after analyzing your request we prefer to work with our architects, our schedule is complete until the end of next year..." Great for responsiveness, two months of not having an offer and being repackaged. Not great...
