      • - So let's start with the fact that no one here speaks English and as soon as you mention English on the phone they immediately hang up. However, if by some miracle you manage to arrange a meeting, no one will go to the apartment with you. A few days ago I was in the office and the lady there tried to serve me (there is no better word than tried). Without any greeting, she asked for my ID card, she just gave me the keys and told her to go. After returning the keys, I also received no reaction, the lady casually threw the ID and sat back at the computer. Xenophobia and terrible service and this is the 21st century by the way

      • - Very arrogant company. Don't expect to be called back when you enter your contact information in their online web form. At most you get an email with a request to call them. Ask a detail of a rental property on the phone and the response will likely be: 'look at the website' Customer friendly? Absolutely not. Don't come here if you value to be treated like a customer... Addition 3 months later: same story: We where asked to come to their office to collect the key for visiting a house Upon arrival we where told that we had to go directly to the house. (no apologies for their mistake, of course) At the house, no one was there. Send an e-mail to woonbureau again - no answer. They don't even deserve 1 star.
