      • - I only have one tip for anyone who is thinking of doing business with Loontjens & Lagast. Don't do this, and if you do want to do business with them, double and triple check everything they say. From my own experience I have found that everything seems to be in order until the signing of the deed. I can't help but feel extremely cheated by this real estate agency, after suddenly being charged an additional cost of 1/3 of the purchase amount. A cost that I asked about several times and that I was assured by Loontjens & Lagast that it was already covered and so I would not incur any more costs. I don't want to comment on whether this information came from deliberate deception or pure incompetence. Either way, think twice before dealing with them. EDIT AFTER ANSWER: Your answer is about the worst analysis of the problem that could be made. The problem does not lie in the fact that there are costs, and therefore not in the building or the sale of apartments in the building. The real problem lies with your information when selling a property and the fact that the costs came as a surprise due to your misinformation. The fact that you apparently fell out of the sky just as hard at least answers my question as to whether this was due to pure deceit or gross incompetence...
