    Vastgoed Elet bvba is een vastgoedkantoor, actief in Zuidoost-Vlaanderen en een deel van West-Vlaanderen. Na het opbouwen van een aantal jaren know-how in de vastgoedsector, besliste zaakvoerder Julie Elet om het zelf te doen. Na de voltooiing van de opleiding tot BIV Vastgoedmakelaar, richtte Julie 'Vastgoed Elet' op.
    We maken tijd voor u en luisteren naar u. Een eigendom (ver)kopen of (ver)huren is een grote gebeurtenis in het leven.

And as far as I remember it was a very good acquaintance or cousin of yours. No more waiting.

      • + Julie and her team made every effort to successfully complete the sale of my apartment, which was no easy feat given the complexity of the file. Julie is professional, builds up detailed file knowledge of the property, correct with regard to buyer and seller, persistent and aware of the legislation. The interim feedback with a state of affairs and good follow-up of the file was also positive. Sincerely a big compliment and thanks to Julie and Laurence, top experts in real estate, worth all the trust and further cooperation!!

      • - Bad real estate, liars and cheaters. Supposedly I made a description of the location and charged €275, where I forwarded all the defects, even photos. The exit description is normally legally € 150, but the previous tenant only paid € 50, but she asked the landlord in full. The ex-tenant had left everything dirty and disgusting and according to real estate agency Elet everything was fine. Would definitely not recommend them to anyone to work with. They just put you in the sack. From me they get a MINUS 10/10👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👊😤😤😡😡🤬🤬
