      • - This man is the Marina Wally of the Ghent real estate world. Went to look at a property with him, he knew nothing, had no technical information whatsoever, couldn't answer our questions and made lame jokes the whole time. If we didn't like his ridiculous way of working, he became arrogant. That man is making a fool of his entire sector. Because of him we even decided to sell our own home ourselves.

      • - In May we went to look for an apartment where there was a small blister and crack in the wall. We didn't have to worry about this because everything was resolved. Afterwards we signed the compromise. However, in June we saw that this was getting wet again and we asked to take a look at it. They would have visited 3 times in August with a roofer, but no one was present at the time, and no appointment was made in advance. So it seems logical to me that no one was there. When the deed was signed in August, the notary indicated that it was in order. However, this was again not the case. After many emails, calls and empty promises about getting things sorted out, another buyer in the building was told that we had to arrange it ourselves with the previous owners. After contacting them they said we had to arrange it with Cannoodt. It was then also said that Cannoodt would contact me. However, this has not happened again and it was already 2 weeks ago. In the meantime, the wall has completely softened and is collapsing from the water damage. I am very disappointed in this. I understand that something could come up, but I feel completely ignored by Cannoodt. A bit of a feeling as if the purchase has been completed and they don't care anymore. Attached is the first photo of how we saw it during the first tour, the 2nd photo is what it is like now.

      • + I bought an apartment through Vastgoed Cannoodt. Communication was always cordial. I could always contact Serge with questions and concerns. The information and explanation regarding the sale was always clear and sufficient time was taken for this. It was a great experience making this purchase through Cannoodt real estate!

      • + Sold our house 17 years ago and bought it with Cannoodt real estate. We have now sold our house with them again and apart from the fact that they are an established name, they more than live up to their name and fame. Very pleasant, fun, jovial people where you are not a number but a person and where you are always welcome and they take the necessary time for you! Professional through and through and their correct, fast approach is highly recommended for anyone wanting to sell or buy their house. Both Serge and I quote when I got word that the house had been sold, “my favorite son-in-law”. There is something to be said for this because Ibrahim, like Serge, is a top guy who delivers work very well. It's a pity that you can give Max 5 stars here because I will continue to "advertise" for Vastgoed Cannoodt. Big 10/10 👌
