      • - Vanvas expects you as a tenant to fulfill all your obligations and that is completely justified. But Vanvas himself, as owner of the home, takes no responsibility, repairs are not made, problems remain unanswered... When terminating the rental contract, he wrongly withholds guarantees and also pays them out far too late.

They organized a visiting day in a very professional manner, which was very successful thanks to their extensive campaign (social media and others). They provided intensive guidance to all prospective buyers. We have received more offers than we dared to hope for. They studied all bids in detail and explained each bid to us in an extensive report.
