We are not at all pleased with the after-sales service. We have several problems including a large sinkhole in the front yard and Matexi leaves us to our own devices. According to them, everything has been done as it should be and they coldly tell us that they will not help us any further. We are still waiting for the rest of the points. We have been living in the house for six months now. Really not recommended.

We bought from Matexi in Schildershof in Essen. We were well supervised from start to finish by project leader Bert Van Hees. We could always count on this and communication ran very smoothly. The works were followed up very well and problems were resolved quickly. Not only are we satisfied, but everyone in phase 4 has positive words about Bert.

Delivered the apartment a year later than promised by the seller.
Then have to pay in full before delivery.
A tour reveals that everything is missing.
Taps, sockets, etc…
Now 3 months later they still cannot say when it will be finished.
No response etc….
Terrible company
