      • - To prospective tenants, buyers, Do not use this property. Everything runs fine until the contract is terminated. They conspire with the owner and pass by the cash register a few times because there is money to be made there. Never cancel your contract between Christmas and New Year because they handle everything quickly, they do not work between Christmas and New Year. Location description, meter reading, etc.... The property is rented to someone else behind your back. We have lost 13 days of rent before the end of the contract.

      • - Had a bad experience as a buyer. Had a trainee real estate agent who was not at all clear about the house and the price of the house (furnished, unfurnished).       • - After consultation with the manager and agreeing to his wish (higher commission than other real estate offices), he does not fulfill his commercial promise, he had indicated to give this property the perfect sales plan, this plan has been stopped twice sharing on Facebook and publishing photos that do not give any value to the property on 3 sales platforms (which does not include immoweb, explanation from the manager, no one uses immoweb anymore) after having pointed this out to him several times, nothing has changed yet This means that when you draw his attention to something, everything comes to a standstill and Rino punishes the seller by simply letting the time run out and keeping you on the line. The advice I give if you work with them is to simply communicate with the real estate agent without involving the manager and certainly always listen to them. If you don't do this, you will end up in the same boat as me and you will lose the battle, because By signing this contract you don't have a leg to stand on. The promises they make to you are not mentioned anywhere in this contract, these are only made verbally, but the conditions that you must adhere to towards them are stated twice. The only conclusion I make here is that they like to make a lot of profit by only using the cheaper sales platforms, which means they miss out on many potential buyers. Due to the wrong commercial approach, the sales price is never achieved; according to them, a perfect deal is 15% lower than the offer price. Once you have gone against them, you will never receive an email back from the Manager, only from his driving force in his company who continues to sink his teeth into everything, without the commercial backup.
