13 years I've been letting properties, the last 8 years I have used Living Property in Beccles, this is by far the best letting agency I've ever known. OK, sometimes we have a small issue, as Landlords and letting agents sometimes due, but the Agents are straight onto it and everything is quickly resolved and any issues sorted out . We have found Martin at living Propery incredibly pro-active in pursuing the completion of the purchase of our house, something we were not used to. Solicitors are renowned for dragging their heels but Martin was on the case and chasing actions from our solicitor constantly! He was very helpful at every stage of the proceedings and always available to chat to. I would highly recommend Living Property to anyone buying or selling a property in the area.
