The agent who was at the exit inventory of a student friend was very unpleasant. He gave the impression of a strong air of superiority towards the tenants as well as a refusal of clear explanations. I think he didn't really like old buildings because when he came home he said "it's dirty" even though it had been cleaned the day before (by the tenants because it had been a while since the cleaning service than spreading the dust with water).
I can understand that visiting this type of kot is not the most pleasant but living in it because all the best kots are overpriced is not necessarily a pleasure either. A hello and a smile would have been welcome before the “it’s dirty”. It is not because they are students that we should be lacking in politeness. To meditate....
