We are sorry to hear about your negative experience with us.
As for the minced meat, that is of course a taste that differs from person to person. Our americain is guaranteed 100% Belgian white-blue pure beef. We do not add any salt or herbs. If you had the impression that this was not the case, you probably received the wrong product.
For which we apologize.
It's just a shame that we heard about it this way. If you had contacted us personally, we would have corrected this error immediately.
As for the friendliness of our staff. I guarantee to all of us that we attach great importance to customer friendliness, which does not alter the fact that everyone can of course have a bad day every now and then.
If you wish, you are always welcome to visit us and we can still reimburse your americain.

We visited you today for various things. Including minced meat and pure americain, the minced meat was terribly salty and the americain was just ground beef with a lot of fat. I wouldn't call that pure Americain. It was just unseasoned minced meat, which was a shame because it cost 21.40 kilos. Expensive minced meat!
The service also left much to be desired, very unfriendly. You won't see us here again.
