Be careful with this agency when doing your own final cleaning!!!
When we arrived there was mold in the coffee machine and the coffee filter, the oven was completely full of grease and therefore unusable, the windows hadn't been cleaned for months, there were spider webs everywhere and the windows were partially fogged up.
The defects were reported to the agency within 24 hours of arrival, with no response.
When we left, everything was completely cleaned, then we showered in the swimming pool on the ground floor so that nothing would get dirty again. When the deposit wasn't paid back after 6 weeks, I asked about it and was told the contributions would be paid back immediately. Repeated reminders, after 2 months the deposit was paid without comment and €75 was withheld for an allegedly necessary cleaning!!! The photos sent were definitely not taken after we left!
The ladies at the agency are very friendly but the gentleman's approach (seen in the photos) seems anything but serious!

That's why when we moved into the apartment there was mold in the coffee filter and the oven was full of grease, because they always do everything they can to make sure the apartment is clean, April 2022, apartment rented at Maurice Calmeyn, mold in the freezer with moldy ice cream, it's obviously been there since Weeks inside, instead of getting to the bottom of the smell and checking where it came from, the window in the kitchen was open for ventilation when we moved in, so much for cleaning...

Be careful if you book without final cleaning you will be cheated!!! Despite thorough cleaning, you are told fake pictures that the apartment was not clean and the agency added the costs for the final cleaning... and that after you entered the apartment with a moldy coffee filter... no words!!!
