Friendly people with good explanations about properties, but it's a shame that half of the houses always start with "starting price". This gives a distorted picture compared to other advertisements. A bit to attract people.
For a house worth 350,000 euros, an offer of 380,000 is considered too low & you will no longer participate in a 2nd round of bidding... better to put a fair, correct price on the house... hopefully this can be a good tip . Best regards
