      • + Had a very good experience with Habitas. The office has been in business for a long time and has a good reputation. Have rented an apartment from them several times. The communication was excellent and fast. the office was very helpful. Some apartments are a bit older, but they are clean and well equipped. The prices are very affordable and cheaper / more reliable than through Airbnb. My son forgot his stuffed animal and the office did everything possible to return it as quickly as possible. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable holiday home by the sea.

      • - Last year we rented an apartment in Wenduine during the Easter holidays through real estate Habitas. We agree with them on one point: why would you have an apartment that is left in perfect condition cleaned again? Yet this is what happened: we received a bill of 105 euros for final cleaning, while this was not agreed and certainly not necessary. They remained friendly on the phone, but as a consumer you are unfortunately powerless in this regard as you cannot prove that you left it in perfect condition. We agree with real estate Habitas on one point: why would you have an apartment that is left in perfect condition cleaned again?       • - Rented an apartment in the autumn on the sea wall. Upon arrival it turned out to be very dirty. Pots and pans even unusable, toilet bowl broken, simply unworthy of an apartment rental. In the apartment building downstairs in common areas there is also a water leak (solved with a bucket underneath) near the electricity (very dangerous condition). When we reported it, a very unfriendly man who only after threatening that we would report this malpractice to the competent authorities (confirmed by the syndic even) contacted the owner and suggested not to charge the cleaning costs (50 EUR). When the deposit is refunded, these will still be deducted and therefore charged. A few emails and telephone calls later, still no refund...
