Not a very ethical office towards tenants. Once rented from Francis De Meester himself. After terminating our contract, we were asked by the office itself whether we would agree to leave a month earlier so that the new tenants could move in. Of course, we wouldn't have to pay that month. We agreed to this and adapted accordingly. Afterwards they did not return our rent, saying that one of their colleagues had promised that, but he no longer works there, so that no longer applies to them. They then received a month's rent from 2 tenants. The request for our notice to change one name in the contract was also refused, although a reasonable request that many landlords are happy with. We noticed that in Mr. De Meester's world money determines everything.

Never had a viewing and still emailed several times if I was interested. Probably because of my name.
I myself worked as a real estate agent for several years, so I know how it works. Our migration background clearly plays a role in this.

Really terrible customer service and customer service. After calling and emailing several times, they always say they will send back, but they don't. We would like to cancel our contract and this apparently takes forever for them. Never do business with this real estate agency because you will really be ripped off.

Unfortunately there is no option to give 0 stars.
I was laughed at and yelled at on the phone because of an alleged mistake I didn't make - if I remember correctly, this great customer experience came from Inge.
Definitely to be avoided - and judging by the other reviews I'm not the only one...
Too bad, because my previous experiences with the office a few years ago were good, but since the departure of some employees, things appear to be going downhill at the office in Ghent.
