Naast vakantiewoningen is Immo Eecke ook een sterke speler in de markt van herverkoop en ‘syndic’. Een bezoek aan ons kantoor zal u duidelijk maken dat Immo Eecke en de noordzee onlosmakelijk verbonden zijn met elkaar. Immo Eecke houdt van de noordzee en daar hebben wij alle redenen voor. Een woning of verblijf huren of kopen in Nieuwpoort is letterlijk én figuurlijk een gezonde investering.

      • - finally we received the deposit, which will allow us to get an apartment again soon, that said when we arrive we check everything and my wife being very clean we clean certain things on our arrival and when we leave we make sure not to skip anything ( this in view of certain comments) pae against we had a TV broken on our arrival, and the same day it was replaced ditto a toilet board which gave up the ghost, they came quickly ps very often the apartment is more specific to our departure and arrival

      • + Very good experience with real estate Eecke, saleswoman Hylke had arranged everything down to the last detail. Definitely worth 5 stars for me.

      • - Particularly disappointed with our last experience with Immo Eecke. Given the exorbitant amounts charged for cleaning, we spent 3 hours cleaning the apartment ourselves so that it was in BETTER condition than it was when we arrived. A few days after our return, we received an email from the agency informing us that the cleaning did not meet their cleanliness standards and we will therefore be charged for it, in particular: some dust in the bathroom, the coffee pads not cleaned, ONE (!!) crumb in the fridge, a stain in the toilet bowl as well as on the mattress. We do NOT drink coffee, took our waterproof covers to cover mattresses and cushions, used our own towels, disinfected the toilet, etc. In short, a multitude of totally unfounded criticisms! And at no time did the agency deign to take the time to discuss it with us, even though we have been long-time customers. In conclusion, take photos of the apartment from top to bottom (if possible under a microscope) and nitpick for the smallest detail when you arrive.

      • - Disgusted, we have just received what remains of our deposit...for a few details, we won't miss you, we nevertheless spent our last day cleaning. Too bad because we had been a customer for 7 years, unfortunately things have changed even the way to give you the keys on your arrival...For us it's over, we will no longer be part of your customers.
