He had a post-intervention file (mandatory from 2001) that contained all the correct information and still obtained the habitable area elsewhere! This post-intervention file contained plans by the architect + reasoned report determining the quotas for the building to be constructed. This also refers to the net area (= habitable area). We have filed a complaint with the Professional Institute for Real Estate Agents. The Executive Chamber has imposed the following disciplinary sanction on Mr. O.D.L: warning. He deliberately misled us in order to sell the property at a higher price. He initially appears very gallant until you confront him with the fact that he is violating the deontological rules. He absolutely cannot be trusted.
