      • + We noticed that there were two reviews from tenants who rented a property from us through Immo Bollaert. It is important that the other side is also told. We are extremely satisfied with Immo Bollaert. It was written that they are slow. The tenant had left the property with defects. It took the tenant months to put this in order. Once in order, the guarantee was processed within a week. Furthermore, another departing tenant wrote that there is poor communication and that repairs are not carried out. Immo Bollaert has always replied to the tenant's emails, with us as a copy. At present, neither we nor Immo Bollaert know which repairs this concerns. Thanks to their very detailed description of the place, no discussion was possible afterwards. Thank you! I just wanted to say this.

      • - We were very interested in a property in Heusden, close to the border with Melle, which was offered for rent by real estate agency Bollaert. This is because we had lived in Melle for 20 years and actually didn't want to leave there at all. But our previous rental house was sold so we had no choice. After looking for a year and living somewhere for 3 years where we really can't settle and having experienced all kinds of things, this house came as a gift from heaven. After making an online appointment, which had not gone smoothly, we were finally allowed to visit the building. There is little to criticize at the time of the visit, except that prospective tenants were already present in the building without Mrs Bollaert being present. (She was late.) We found this very strange and did not give us a good feeling, but otherwise the visit went as it should. Clear tour with the necessary explanation, so we returned home with a good feeling. When we returned home, we immediately and enthusiastically completed the necessary documents to confirm our candidacy and then it became quiet... Because there was no response on the agreed date and we were waiting impatiently for news, we decided to contact us ourselves. When asked whether a decision had already been made, we received the dry answer that the property had already been rented. The disappointment was great, especially when we asked the reason... The property turned out to have been rented to the person who had first applied after visiting the property. I have never experienced a professional real estate agency working this way, so I asked for an explanation again. And now the explanation was that the property was rented, in consultation with the owner, to the person who first requested a visit. To be honest I don't believe it, it feels more like giving a reason to give one. If only it were true. Why did we even go to see it if it was already a done deal? This really feels very unfair and it has taken a long time to get over this disappointment. It should not be allowed, but certain factors ensure that hope is placed on something, even if you are interested in a rental house. Getting the lid on the nose in this way was very painful. We are certainly aware that we were not the only prospective tenants, but no one was given a fair chance here. It may well be that the owner has reasoned this way, but as a professional real estate agency, it is necessary to discuss with the owner who has put themselves forward as a candidate. A selection is made of those who are most eligible and this is followed by a personal interview with the owner. Only then can a correct and, above all, fair decision be made.

      • - Never experienced what we encountered with this broker. Interested in a home that she is selling. Went to view it twice, without receiving any explanation. She doesn't know the answer to questions. We may wait more than a week when requesting the EPC. She has no other documents in her possession. With an offer you will only receive an answer once the period has expired. After which she adjusts the conditions that were verbally agreed on the document. Fortunately, well proofread. Because the trust had completely disappeared, our notary was called in and asked to share the data from the land registry. After several emails, FINALLY an answer that she doesn't have one. Ultimately, our notary requested that information HIMSELF (after providing the seller's national register number in response to his question). Because we don't have it anymore trusted, requested a 3rd visit, but this was not possible before a compromise was reached!? Does she want to sell the house (which has been for sale for more than a year) or is there something wrong? At first we thought she was just crazy, but we are now convinced (partly because of reading other reviews) that she cannot be trusted!

      • - Immo Bollaert contacts me to make an appointment for the house I was interested in. We will make an appointment by telephone for the visit. On the day of the visit, around 9:30 am, no one can be found at the house. When I contact Immo Bollaert by telephone 10 minutes later at 9:40 am, I am referred to the person with whom I had scheduled a visit. The person in question told me that she had forgotten to cancel our appointment and that she had missed her hour because she would not have scheduled this herself. Which seems very strange to me. The employee suggests that they should eventually come back and that this would only involve a 10-minute waiting time. To this I answer that I want to ask my father about this, as we have taken leave for this and are on schedule. The employee also tells us that the house is being sold today (the day of our visit) by other people. Why do we fix a visit moment? Why has there been no communication here? This indicates unprofessionalism and no customer focus. This is my first time wanting to work with Immo Bollaert and I don't think it will be worth repeating. The housing market is very small and limited at this time. I had been looking forward to this and this is why it hits twice as hard. I hope that Immo Bollaert learns from this and can put itself in the place of potential buyers. For the rest I have nothing to comment and this is purely about this first collision with them.

      • - Upon leaving a rental house, Mrs. Bollaert was initially pleasantly surprised at the condition in which we had left the house. A few minor comments here and there that we addressed the next day. We had verbally agreed with her that we would pick up some things we had left behind during the week. It now appears that the new residents believe that the material we left behind belongs to them. Mrs Bollaert is now also taking sides in favor of the new tenants and claims that we have never agreed on anything verbally about this. She is also suddenly no longer very satisfied with the condition in which the house was left (although this is not described in the delivery). Very unfortunate as we would like to arrange everything in good will, but she does not allow us to do so.
