      • + Every house - small, large, still under scaffolding or ready to move in - is a (potential) palace. And Bart Lauwers has an unprecedented talent for conveying this to prospective buyers. Where other real estate agents miserably wasted their and my time, Bart managed to sell my house in no time, and for a very good price. And I was then able to buy my dream house via Home-ID. Bart likes to do his best to help people who rely on a loan from a Flemish Housing Fund. I can only give 5 stars; I actually wanted to give it 10, but Google Review doesn't allow that. So everyone go to Home-ID for the sale and/or purchase of your palace!

Yet we were still very surprised that it had already been sold on the first day, and for the price we had in mind. Toppers!
