      • - They are not honest about the asking price. Already twice an apartment that is listed on the website for a certain price, but when you go to look they say "yes, but we want at least that much". The amount they ask for was 55,000 euros higher last time than what was stated on their website. I really don't think this is possible, this is really unfair.

      • - Keeping prospective buyers on the line for weeks while F&F was already aware that the owners no longer wanted to sell. Then they want to involve the prospective buyers in a lawsuit in order to receive more compensation from the owners and when the prospective buyers do not want this, they claim that the house will be put up for sale again in order to obtain the necessary information from them. Then they don't even have the decency to let them know by telephone that the house is not being sold. Even if they sold my dream house. I never want to have contact with this company again and I advise other people not to do business with this mafia real estate company.
