In our search for a garage, we came across a garage rented out by this office. After viewing the site and verbally agreeing on the garage, it was agreed that the contract would be drawn up and forwarded digitally. This happened the next day. When signing and returning it digitally, we received a short message that another tenant had already rented the garage for more money on the day we arrived. Why then bother to draw up another contract, this is not correct.
When further contact was attempted he did not answer. Which otherwise happened very eagerly.
