      • + This is my first experience with Eurohouse, and I can say that the service provided was awesome! I really recommend this company to anyone who (like me) needs to rent an apartment. Great professionalism!

      • - I was contacted by one of their agents to visit a property in Auderghem. We agreed to visit at 5pm on a Monday. We waited on site for 30 minutes with no news. I decided to call the agent and he told me that visits today were cancelled. His only explanation was that he'd called me on his landline during the day (I had 0 missed calls, of course). So we said we'd call back tomorrow to see when we could reschedule the visit. The next day, we agreed on Wednesday at the same time. I took precautions and ask for confirmation by e-mail to have a written proof. So he calls me at 2pm on Wednesday to let me know that the apartment is rented. Great lose of time. The communication was very unprofessional, and there was no apology for the inconvenience caused on the Monday in question (1h round trip for nothing). I won't be going through them again.
