They seem cheap at first glance but are the worst buy ever. To force a defaulter to pay, they hire a lawyer who ultimately costs much more money than has to be paid. They happily invoice extra costs for 'follow-up' of the case and all kinds of 'meetings'. They also offer no transparency at all. When checking the accounts, they refuse to answer questions. The only thing they quickly do is pay their own invoice from the VME coffers, but they do nothing in return.

Very unpleasant person!! The phone is hung up on me following a complaint concerning people who are obstructing the exit and access to the garage. The trustee and/or concierge should want peace and quiet in the building!! A telephone interview with this trustee and concierge was not enough, too bad.
