Met onze lokale kantoren mogen we gerust stellen dat geen enkele andere vastgoedonderneming de gevoeligheden en nuances van de lokale markt zo goed kent. En daar profiteren onze klanten van, want onze expertise van hun buurt zorgt voor een snellere verkoop aan de juiste prijs.

    We snappen als geen ander dat een huis een thuis is. Waar je leeft. Waar je opgroeit. Waar je geluk en rust vindt. Een huis is naast een verhaal van centen, nog meer een verhaal van mensen. Daarom stellen we steeds onze klanten centraal. Hun bekommernissen zijn onze bekommernissen. Expertise staat niet gelijk aan afstandelijk zijn. Efficiënt betekent niet stijf.       • - WORST SERVICE EVER! If I could I would give 0 stars. I rented an apartment and for almost 2 years I suffered from some defects, including that some sockets did not work from the start, extractor hood that did not work, moisture on the walls, rain coming in through the windows, no fire alarm, shower tray that was broken. causing water to come out during the shower etc I can only go on and on. I have been contacting them for almost 2 years and asking to come and repair the defects and every time it was "yes, we will send plumber Rudy to have a look" or "we will send someone this week to have a look" and guess what, NEVER has anything come of it. until we have contracted plumber Rudy himself for the shower tray, the rest until the end of my rental nothing arranged from them. And now they dare to put the defects of the previous tenant on our property description and blame us! FAT MONEY WOLVES Even with the defects that we suffered from, they now expect us to pay because Madam Maddy van Era Bossuyt was too lazy to arrange her affairs as her work expects of her. When it comes to their own interests, they expect us to follow their lead, but when it comes to the customers, they call it quits. Bad service Rude staff Obnoxious money grabbers Dishonest and unjust people All they want is for you to dance around their pipes. Every tenant complains! DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR SERVICE!!!!!

      • + Our house was sold during the first visit! And this at a time when the media and banks are scaring us by announcing a real estate crisis. We can only recommend ERA Bossuyt. This real estate agency uses all resources to ensure that the home for sale stands out in the street scene. In addition, a lot of effort is put into marketing such as Facebook, Google, etc. The real estate agent was also always available, both for us and for potential buyers. Every visitor received a beautiful luxury brochure and nice magic items were distributed in the region. Thank you team ERA Bossuyt for your efforts and optimal customer service.

      • + We sold our house/apartment with ERA Bossuyt and had assumed that the sale could take several months. In the media and also among us, there was a fear that the changing real estate market (oversupply of apartments, higher interest rates.....) would lead to a longer period for selling our property. ERA Bossuyt has done everything it can to set up a good marketing campaign for sales. A garden pole was placed, magics were distributed in the region, a luxury brochure was made of our house/apartment and a lot of marketing was deployed on all possible social media. Our property was even registered for the ERA Open House Day. Our house/apartment was sold on the first visit. And this before the ERA Open House Day. We are satisfied sellers! Thank you team ERA Bossuyt, we will certainly recommend you to potential buyers/sellers.

      • + Contacted this office on Friday 28/7 (after a previous pleasant experience with the ERA office in Dilbeek). First contact on Mon 31/7: they had already done all kinds of research and were able to provide a first very realistic estimate. The photographer arrived on Thursday and the house was already online on Friday 4/8. Applying for and following up on the necessary certificates and inspections went very smoothly, as did the organization of the visits. Communication and practical matters were clear and flawless despite the great distance. The deed is signed exactly two months after the first contact. What service, commitment and professionalism! And what a particularly pleasing contrast with the incompetent and impersonal approach of that other real estate group, L.S. We can only warmly recommend this office and ERA in general if you want to buy or sell a home!

      • - When I tried to sell my apartment in Zulte out of hand, I was repeatedly called by the 'purchasing' department of ERA Bossuyt. Saying you weren't interested in selling through them invariably fell on deaf ears. Kept unwanted calls, first friendly and then an attempt to spread fear... 'Your building has burned down, etc.'... This while they themselves were unable to sell similar apartments in Zulte (nl Braembulck residence) at the time (!) Ultimately a instructed another broker to sell it, after which ERA Bossuyt found it necessary to call me AGAIN to find out why I had chosen broker X instead of them? Horrible ...

      • + After putting our house up for sale ourselves for a while, we suspiciously went to a real estate agency. We had a good feeling with the real estate agent, Dirk Bossuyt, and sold our house through him. On the plus side, we received a beautiful luxury brochure of our home and free insurance in case anything breaks between the compromise and the deed.
