We are American and had never purchased real estate in France but we knew how difficult it can be and even more so to find the right people to help close our real estate purchase and renovate it. He helped us to secure our apartment with the seller, worked behind the scenes dealing with the notaire, introduced us to our loan broker (Jérémy Cohen at ConnectCreditl) and our architect and contractor Hadrien Leroy at Imhotep, helped coordinate post closing transition of our utilities and setting up the apartment for us to live in.
