      • - 0/10 in terms of communication, was urgently looking for a garage that is listed on their website, was told that they would get back in touch. Haven't heard anything after two weeks, I keep calling and sending emails and still no response. It's a shame that they are the only ones that offer garages in the area.

      • - COMMUNICATION IS A MAJOR PROBLEM. 0/5 STARS . Unfortunately we have corrupted the word "Professionalism". It is unacceptable for someone to send so many emails to view an apartment or house and not receive a reply. What can I say. However, your professionalism is unacceptable. I even asked for information about a home purchase and never received a response. Okay, I understand. I don't speak Dutch, but Mr. professional answered in Dutch too, we will figure it out. Translation into Dutch via the app. 2023!! You can do that whenever you want. COMMUNICATION IS A BIG PROBLEM. 0/5 STARS . Unfortunately, we have corrupted the word "professionalism".       • - Don't reply to (multiple!) emails and don't answer their phone. Not recommended! If their service is so bad on the most important process (customer acquisition), I don't want to know how bad their service must be on less important matters.
