    Het kantoor werd in 1990 met Hendrik Leurs als grondlegger geopend. Na zijn werk als bouwpromotor bij een sleutel-op-de-deur firma begon het te kriebelen om in het vastgoed-leven te stappen en zo werd De Leefboom geboren. Naast het kantoor is hij ook actief als leraar op de hogeschool en in het avondonderwijs, en ligt het beroepinstituur (BIV) hem nauw aan het hart waar hij zetelt in de Uitvoerende Kamer.
    In 2000 werd dochter, Dagmar Leurs eveneens gebeten door de vastgoedmicrobe en startte zij de opleiding als vastgoedmakelaar. Ze vervolmaakte eveneens haar opleiding als energiedeskundige om zo te klanten nog beter te kunnen begeleiden.
    Sinds die dag zijn vader en dochter 2 handen op 1 buik die streven naar een volwaardige vastgoedservice, professionele en persoonlijke begeleiding en grote klantentevredenheid. Voor ons bent u niet zomaar een nummer, iedereen komt bij ons op de eerste plaats en verdient een service op maat geschreven.

      • + My partner and I were looking for a house where we could be together as a family in peace. After a long search we came across Leefboom Vastgoed with Mr. Orion as a real estate agent. Because my partner is busy, I did the administrative work such as emailing, calling, etc. Soon after sending the first email, we received a response from Mr. Orion about viewing a house. Due to train delays and all kinds of obstacles, I was unable to be present at the agreed time. I called Mr. Orion to explain the problem and he was very understanding. I was treated with the same sweet voice and the same kindness and he waited patiently for me. After submitting all the documents, we soon received a call that everything had been approved and that there would now be a meeting with the landlord. Things went wrong again and Mr. Orion remained as friendly as he was then. Unfortunately, the appointment could not be made on that day, but at the same time another day was arranged. We were treated very well until the last minute and everything was included presently in the rental agreement, but was also examined piece by piece until all parties were satisfied. In short, this real estate agent is an example for many who lack patience. He is not lacking in friendliness and despite everything he always makes you feel at ease. From our family, De Leefboom Vastgoed, especially Mr. Orion, gets a big 10. Keep up the good work and thanks again for everything, Mr. Orion. If people ever have to be nominated, we as a family will certainly nominate you.       • + From the numerous properties and thus real estate agents I've met, Orion of the Leefboom was by far the best. When visiting the property all the documents were displayed on the table (EPC, insurance, Syndicus,...). Very patient to answer all my questions and due to his sidejob as a teacher in real estate he gave much gold nuggets to get me started as a real estate investor. Overall very satisfied with the service
