An open and transparent form of communication provides a reassuring feeling as a seller. Tim is very accessible and goes 'the extra mile' for his customers. Even when we had a question about our new home, Tim helped us. Our apartment was sold within a week. Until the notary, Tim was ready to offer help and took care of the follow-up.
