      • + What a fantastic experience! I had so many wishes and expectations for my dream home that it was almost impossible to find it. Every time we were at a different real estate office we were given a tour of max 15 minutes and we could hardly ask anything... Manuela from this company listened to our wishes and gave a tour of 1.5 hours. She took her time and even made time for 2 hours on Sunday for us to take the tour with my father again! She takes all her time and I felt so much more than just a number. This is a company that realizes that buying a house is the biggest purchase of your life and they take a lot of time and give you sufficient explanation and, above all, are extremely friendly! They didn't put any pressure on us at all and were extremely honest! When I read the bad reviews I can't believe it, this is the best experience I've ever had and Manuela is a very honest woman with a heart of gold! We are eternally grateful to her🙏

      • + Decided to sell my house, contacted Century 21 Animo and in less than a week Manuela was with me. She gave a lot of tips to freshen up my house before selling it, we determined a correct asking price in consultation, after which she came to take photos and I was allowed to meet her son, Thorsten, who would take care of the viewing day. There were a lot of interested people, which I owed to the professional approach of the entire team: a lot of people were able to view the house and make an offer on 1 viewing day. Thanks to the thorough explanation and their knowledge of my house, it was sold immediately after the first viewing day. I can only be satisfied with this solid approach. Their communication during and after the sale is also pleasant. They respond quickly, do not keep you waiting and are very accessible. Highly recommended!
