      • - Downright terrible. We made a big mistake trusting this company. We were given the building in a terrible condition but instead of complaining we cleaned it for days. When it was time to leave, we left it immeasurably tidier than it was at the start and yet they charged us an additional €250 for cleaning costs. After consulting the contract, it even turned out that they had asked for €50 on top of the maximum cleaning amount. When we asked about it, they roughly told us that we had "been too good and should have complained". We were forced to leave it in a better condition than the previous tenants and even had to clear away their abandoned furniture, and they still took away hundreds of euros of our deposit. We have been waiting for our guarantee for months now, many promises but just as many lies. Often, after a few weeks of calling and inquiring, it turned out that they had not yet made the effort to contact the tenant for the necessary documents. Every effort is being made to slow down the process. Emails with information in favor of the tenant are completely ignored, but emails that benefit them are followed up. In short, an unprecedented display of arrogance and shamelessness. DO NOT do business with these people, they are scammers!
