Once the compromise was signed, certain defects not mentioned during the visit were discovered. Explanations and a meeting with the seller to discuss it were requested, nothing was ever done. Following my termination of the compromise, the agency took a full commission except that the property was not sold. Legal proceedings and attorney fees had to follow.
