After a rebroadcast of the house hunting program, we started to itch to look for our own place in Spain. Petra from Azull came to our home to explain everything in great detail and then we decided to go on a VIP trip with them.

When the idea of emigrating to Spain came to us, we looked on the internet for a real estate agent who could help us with this. We chose Azull because this real estate agent has years of knowledge and experience in Spanish real estate and can actually assist us with advice and assistance during the entire process from purchase to delivery. In September we booked a VIP trip. Together with Nico (and Nancy behind the scenes) we started looking for our dream property. We were pleasantly surprised every day with the buildings that were shown. Our wishes were clearly taken into account very carefully. Various locations of Costa Blanca (north and south) were visited. We saw many beautiful houses, but the location was not 100% to our liking until we arrived in Villajoyosa on the 3rd day. Beautiful location by a bay, with all amenities within walking distance. This was what we were looking for! We immediately fell in love and did not hesitate for a moment to purchase our apartment. So happy that we were able to make our dream come true thanks to Azull.

AZULL: own experiences after purchase:
Money machine - sympathy disappears once you have signed - after service 0.0, not even a bottle of cava upon delivery. They want to deliver asap even if the house is not ready (then they can receive their commission between 8 and 12, sometimes even up to 15%.
I bought through them and I can only advise you: buy from a small broker and even better: give yourself the time to find a location where you like it and buy directly!
The blablabla thing is that you cannot buy directly, but after insisting you can still buy it with a hefty direct discount.
Use real estate agent websites to find what you're looking for, don't leave any details! Because these brokers register you with all possible projects and then you are 'THEIR' customer and where they registered you. You can ONLY buy through them (own experience)
In Belgium, real estate agents have properties in their portfolio and in Spain every real estate agent is allowed to sell all properties and they try to get potential customers in their portfolio by registering these possible buyers on as many possible projects under their name.
